Responsibilities：
1. Develop industrial robot applications to extend into more industries, such as grinding, assembly, welding, and inspection.
2. Develop applications for collaborative robots in industrial (e.g., grinding, welding, vision inspection) and commercial settings (e.g., massage, coffee brewing, parcel sorting).
3. Collaborate with sales staff for site visits, collect relevant customer site requirements, and research application processes.
4. Plan application process software packages, collaborate with software engineers to develop robot application functions, and standardize these functions.
5. Write technical documentation and user manuals.
6. Accompany sales staff to promote robots and complete technical interfacing, including technical exchanges and application solution presentations.
7. Assist R&D in reverse product improvements, enhance product performance, and provide reliability data for early product development.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of robotic arm configurations, mechanisms, and structures, and lead the series production.
2. Based on project requirements, oversee the overall design of the robot arm.
3. Responsible for the 3D structural design and calculation verification of the robot arm body, selecting and drafting core components such as gearboxes and lead screws.
4. Conduct finite element analysis on the structure strength of the robot arm body and work on the lightweight design of core structural components.
5. Handle the assembly, debugging, and field testing of prototype robot arms.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over three years of experience in Mechatronics, Automation, Material Mechanics, or related fields.
2. Independent design experience with standard six-joint robots, SCARA robots, collaborative robots, and custom atypical robotic arms.
3. Extensive experience in designing and selecting servo motors, RV gearboxes, harmonic drives, precision planetary gearboxes, precision lead screws, splines, rails, bearings, etc.
4. Deep understanding of common mechanical materials, machining, sheet metal, injection molding, casting, etc., is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
1. Perform production tasks according to the production plan and related documents to ensure standardized operations and civilized production.
2. Responsible for the precision assembly of the robot body according to the work instructions and relevant inspection standards. Able to suggest improvements based on assembly processes. Check the assembly of each part for correctness, missing or incorrect assembly, perform self-inspection and mutual inspection to ensure products pass on the first attempt.
3. Responsible for verifying the quantity and quality of materials issued from the warehouse to the station.
4. Responsible for the storage and maintenance of workstation tools and fixtures.
5. Responsible for 7S within their area of responsibility.
6. Collaborate with process technicians to complete process trials and improvements.
7. Participate in the department's job rotation system to continuously learn and develop in sync with the company’s strategic goals.
8. Advance and execute other tasks within the production department.
Requirements:
